Chukwubuikem is interested in the development and application of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models in solving cybersecurity and healthcare related problems. His research includes machine intelligence for offensive cyber operations.He also conducts research on the application of the convergence of various technologies, including Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Computing, and others, to improve healthcare delivery in Nigeria.

Elochukwu received his B.Tech. in Computer Science from Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Nigeria, advised by Dr. Chidimma L. Okpalla, where he received numerous awards including the prestigious Vice Chancellor's Award for outstanding academic achievement as the overall best graduating student in his cohort. He is a graduate member of the Computer Professionals of Nigeria (CPN), and the Nigeria Computer Society (NCS), and also a member of Blacks in AI, Africa Leadership Academy (ALX) and EducationUSA.

Previously, Chukwubuikem was a Research Assistant in the Center for Cyberspace Studies at Nasarawa State University Keffi, under the supervision of Dr. Uche M. Mbanaso. He has also interned with Huawei Technologies Company Nigeria Limited in Lagos, where he worked with the service management team and the 9mobile IT Desk, to analyse weekly data on issue tickets raised which assisted the management in making necessary decisions to meet service level agreements.
